5.) No contract required We do not require contracts for any of our customers. We believe in keeping 100% of our customers happy and if they are not we don't believe in forcing them to continue doing business with us. However if you choose to sign a contract we will offer you a discount for doing so. Many customers set up accounts with us initially without a contract and after they find out our level of service and security decide to sign a contract in order to save money. We do not charge a trip fee, a gas surcharge, or administrative fees. You will never be surprised when your invoice arrives. 6.) 100% of material is recycled All material that enters our facility is shredded, compacted, baled, and then recycled. Each of our bales weighs approximately 1000 lbs. and saves 12 trees. We are so committed to recycling we just earned Sarasota County's Green Business Partnership certification. Not only do we help you fulfill your security needs we also help you "Go Green" and meet the recycling mandate by Sarasota County. 7.) FACTA, HIPAA, GLBA & Sarbanes-Oxley compliant All material is shredded to exceed industry standards & you will receive documentation each time we service you, which should be kept to show you are maintaining compliancy. 8.) Certificate of Destruction You will be provided a Certificate of Destruction each time we service you. This guarantees all material has been shredded to industry standards to maintain compliancy with the many laws governing privacy, security & shredding. 9.) We offer discounts to non-profits, police officers, fire fighters, teachers, and nurses Just let us know when you call to schedule a job or when you come in and we will be happy to provide you with a discount.
Our company was founded and is still currently run by retired police officers & veterans with the vision of continuing to protect the community. We have over 1 million dollars in liability insurance and all of our employees are bonded & insured. All of our vehicles are GPS monitored, our employees are uniformed & background checked, and our facility is equipped with a continuously monitored security system.
2.) We offer the lowest prices by at least 20%!
If you currently have a shredding vendor in place simply contact us and let us know the size and amount of security containers you have in place, the schedule you are on, and how much you are being charged and if our regularly low prices are not at least 20% below what you are paying we will adjust accordingly.
If you are just getting ready to begin shredding call us and we will help you determine your shredding needs and give you a written quote. If someone quotes you even $1 lower let us know and we will adjust our prices to be 20% lower than your quote!

We are the only company in the area that provides all three document shredding options: on site, off site, and walk in service.

Many companies will service you when it is convenient for them, but we pride ourselves in tailoring our service to your needs and we guarantee we can get you on the schedule either the same day or the next business day. In addition, if you require a specific time we will be happy to schedule you accordingly, rather than giving you a window of time, requiring you to wait around.
