Recurring Service
This service is best suited for businesses of any size that would like to keep up with their daily shredding and recycling needs. Most people are suprised to learn how cost-effective it is to hire a shredding company. Check out our prices to the right. The way it works is:
1. You decide which container would best suit your needs. We can always help you decide and if you find that you need a different size we will be happy to switch it out for you.
2. You decide what schedule you would like to be set up on. We will tailor any schedule to your needs, whether it be daily or even quarterly. If you ever find that you need to adjust your schedule that can be done, as well, and there is no charge for changing.
3. We will deliver your container when it is convenient for you. You will also receive a Confidentiality Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement depending on what your industry needs are (i.e. Medical offices will need a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, Attorneys will need a Sarbanes-Oxley Business Associate Agreement). The contact person listed on your account will be given a key incase anything is accidentally dropped into the container that needs to be retrieved.
4. Simply fill the secure container by sliding paper through the slot.
4. We will service you based on your schedule and at the conclusion of your pick-up you will be issued a slip containing the date, the amount of material, and the name of the driver. All drivers are uniformed, background checked, bonded, and insured. This slip serves as your chain of custody.
5. We will then send you an invoice either by mail or e-mail, whichever is preferred. Your Certificate of Destruction will also accompany your invoice so that you can store it for safekeeping to show your compliance with the many laws governing shredding such as HIPAA, FACTA, GLBA, etc. You are only charged based on the material picked up. There are never any gas surcharges, disposal fees, etc. That way you will always know your cost ahead of time!
